What you can expect.

Consultation - Our first step is to meet with you, ask questions and listen. Our goal is to find out about your needs. We will also take this time to explain our services and discuss how our expertise could best serve you.

Site Review - This step involves a more detailed review of the area being designed. We will evaluate your current design and discuss possible issues or problems and changes or additions if necessary. During this phase, measurements are taken and colors and materials are discussed.

Statement of Work - This is a written outline of your project. Your budget, schedule of work and our fees are agreed upon at this time.

Proposal - Based on your input, the Site Review and our own expertise, we will present a design concept. This will generally include photos, floor plans, fabric, paint and flooring samples and other materials we recommend.

Final Review- Initial ideas have now been revised and a master plan developed. This will include a workplan, budget proposal and specific details of the project.

Implementation - Upon acceptance of the proposal, furnishings and materials are ordered and all painting, construction and other work are scheduled. We oversee the entire process to insure that the work is of the highest quality.
